PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Dale Corp. performed Construction Management Services from quantity takeoffs, cost estimating, constructability reviews, preconstruction, construction through project commissioning and close-out. This project involved converting a dilapidated retail location within an existing strip mall to meet the code requirements for a Medical Marijuana Dispensary. The renovation and interior fit-out consisted of new state of the art electrical service, plumbing and HVAC infrastructure, back-up generator along with the installation of a state-of-the-art security system. Accessibility was improved through the addition of an ADA ramp and upgraded restrooms.
