Project Description: This project included the development of a new 40-unit rental townhouse community serving low and moderate income families in the Morgan Village neighborhood of South Camden, comprising of spacious townhomes and flats in one (1), two (2), three (3), and four (4) bedroom configurations. The units offer spacious, energy efficient apartments with central air conditioning, washers and dryers, driveways, and immediate access to a new management office, complete with a small computer center and a social services office.
