PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Dale Corp. was a Construction Manager on a portion of this multi-phase renovation project, originally named Charter Court Apartments, located in the historic East Falls neighborhood of Philadelphia. The interior renovations included a new state-of-the-art fitness center, leasing center, lobby renovation, community spaces, study lounge and meeting rooms, providing a sleek, yet functional feel. The exterior renovations included hardscape and landscape upgrades to the courtyard, outdoor pool and club-quality amenities.
