PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project involved a renovation of a multi tenant building and former café and bank into a Medical Marijuana Dispensary. The renovation and interior fit-out consisted of new state of the art electrical service, plumbing and HVAC infrastructure, back-up generator along with the installation of a state-of-the-art security system. A curved wood wall and pleasant balance of colors and textures welcomes patients into this medical dispensary. A local artist was commissioned for a one-of-a-kind mural for the dispensary wall. Another notable feature improving accessibility and a first for Pennsylvania is the innovative dispensary drive-through for patients to get their medication on the go.
