DESCRIPTION
Construction is underway on the proposed LEED Platinum v4 eight-story, $100 million office building which includes 3 elements: the base (retail), the tower (office/lab), and a transitional component to unite the different forms. The office and lab space will capitalize on the co-working or shared-space office model. A green roof, LED lighting, a high-performance building envelope and chilled beam heating and cooling system are among the features that environmentally-minded tenants will find attractive. This project intends to not only pursue LEED Platinum v4 (core & shell pre-certified) but also the prestigious WELL Platinum designation, advancing human health through design interventions and operational protocols and policies that foster a culture of health and well-being. Estimated completion for this project is March 2023.
