DALE CORP.’s retail team has been one of the key players in the expansion and development of the King of Prussia Mall over the past 25 years. For this project, our retail construction team completed a multi-million dollar expansion of the Plaza at the King of Prussia Mall including a green roof, demolition of the Wanamaker’s department store in The Plaza, construction of a new two-story core and shell to house ten new retailers.
