DESCRIPTION
Dale Corp provided Construction Management Services for the expansion of the existing Cranaleith Spiritual Center situated on a ten 10 acre campus. The scope included the demolition of existing structures, extensive site and utilities work including a bio basin, landscape (native shrubs and plants), hardscape and the construction of four new buildings consisting of:

• Conference Center – 2 Story (7,925 SF)
• Administration Building – 2 Story w/basement (3,103 SF)
• Lodge – 2 Story w/basement & crawl space (4,318 SF)
• Chapel – 1 Story w/crawl space (1,052 SF)

A portion of the funding was provided by a Pennsylvania “RACP Grant”, subject to PA Prevailing Wage Rates.
